Return Policy
Returns of Non-Defective Items: 30-Day Return Policy. Subject to a 10% Restocking Fee. Returns must be accompanied by all original packaging and must be in "like-new" condition. Returns must have an RMA number or they will be refused- please contact us before sending your item back.
Defective Items: We will, at our option, repair or replace your defective item within 30 days of receipt date. Returns must have an RMA number.
Service Parts will be exchange-only. No refunds. We use marking systems to prevent return fraud.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or damage caused during installation of our products. We are more than happy to provide installation advice if you need it.
